Unfortunately a new date has not yet been agreed, once aconfirmed date & possible new venue has been sourced information will bedistributed by email and social media.

We sincerely hope this cancellation will not detract fromyour support to the vital work Sapper Support delivers for those in need.

 

For refunds where a deposit has been paid, please informSapper Support before 22 October 2022, any deposits not requested will beassumed as a donation to the charity.

 

Everyone that has requested refunds will be issued in duecourse; once bank account access has been granted due to changes in CEO andOperations manager.

 

I know that this is very frustrating for all and I have beenon the phone with the bank again today and additional paperwork is requiredprior to the CEO & Operations Manager taking control of the account.

Please be assured that once access has been granted and theaccount is with us we will work through the list repaying all that haverequested.

For anyone who has sent an email for requests I havereceived them, as you can imagine there is quiet a few. I will respond Over thenext couple of days. If I require any more information I will let you know.

 

Currently the most common things I will need to know is.

-how many tickets purchased

-how much you have paid

-bank account details

-contact number in case any of the team needs to contactyou.

 

Please ensure all of these are within your email to make iteasier to deal with your refund.
